We regularly work with developers, commercial banks, real estate investment trusts (REITs), and lenders in several sectors including energy, industrial, retail, and multi-family residential real estate.  Our attorneys also have extensive experience with the financing of affordable housing projects utilizing low income housing tax credits, FHA insured financing, and HUD financing, and work with new market credits and opportunity zones.  We are involved in all aspects of commercial lending, from negotiating loan commitments through closing transactions worth well into the seven figures.  We are also routinely engaged to provide third-party lender opinions as is commonly required in modern commercial lending transactions.
