Suzan E. Moore

Suzan Moore focused her thirty years as corporate counsel and executive team member within large energy companies in the areas of business operations and human resources, and she now brings that wealth of experience to PennStuart’s Business and Commercial Litigation practice groups.

In the business operations realm, Suzan represents and advises business owners and managers in entity setup, day-to-day operations, mergers, acquisitions, environmental compliance, and asset sales. A highlight of Suzan’s corporate experience includes the setup of a major energy company with over 4,500 employees working in five states and an interest in an ocean vessel terminal, exporting products to 23 countries.

Suzan’s human resources experience spans the gamut of personnel issues faced by business owners, ranging from labor relations, ethics, security and safety to executive compensation and employee benefit plans.

Suzan appreciates a client’s need to have their concerns about their business heard and understood.
