Byrum L. Geisler

Byrum L. Geisler is an Officer in PennStuart’s Abingdon, Virginia office and is a member of the firm’s Estate Planning practice group. His practice is devoted to estate planning and administration matters and related litigation. His work emphasizes tax planning in conjunction with the drafting of wills and the establishment of trusts. He counsels and advises clients through the preparation of various estate planning documents including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, living wills, and advance health care directives.  He also has extensive litigation experience in guardship matters, estate disputes, legal malpractice cases, and municipal law matters.
