Rhea Norris Simmons

Rhea is an associate working in PennStuart’s Bristol, TN office. She is a member of the firm’s Commercial Litigation and Business Transactions practice groups. Rhea’s practice includes general business matters, and litigation in federal and state courts for businesses and insurance carriers in general insurance defense matters. Before law school, Rhea obtained a Masters of Public Health-Health Administration from ETSU.

Rhea is a published creative writer. She and her husband reside in Johnson City, TN.
