Lateral Attorneys
We seek and value the knowledge and skills of experienced lateral attorneys. Our ability to meet the needs of our clients is expanded and enhanced by added perspectives. Because the transition to a new firm is challenging, we consider quick and effective integration and training a priority. We engage the help of Practice Group leaders, other members of the Practice Group, a mentor, and administrative support staff to enable incoming attorneys to quickly become acclimated and productive.
