Richard E. Ladd is Of Counsel in the Bristol, Tennessee office of PennStuart. His practice includes alternative dispute resolution and business litigation, including contract disputes, products liability, class actions, and medical malpractice.
Before joining PennStuart, Mr. Ladd served the State of Tennessee as Chancellor of the Second Judicial Circuit. During his thirty-year judicial career, Judge Ladd tried thousands of cases in Sullivan County and other jurisdictions across the state. He also sat by designation on cases before the Supreme Court of Tennessee and served as President of the Tennessee Judicial Conference.
