Wesley Boggs is an Associate in PennStuart's Bristol, Tennessee office and is a member of the firm's Recruiting Committee. His areas of practice include general business matters, corporate transactions, and the coal and energy industries. Mr. Boggs has made conference presentations on recent developments in mine safety and health law.
Mr. Boggs received his J.D. from the University of Tennessee College of Law, in Knoxville, Tennessee, where he was the editor in chief of the Tennessee Law Review.
