Ramesh Murthy

Ramesh Murthy is an Officer in PennStuart's Abingdon, Virginia office, and Chairman of the firm's Workers' Compensation and Black Lung Practice Group.  Mr. Murthy's practice is limited to the counseling and representation of industry in human resource matters in Virginia and Tennessee. A large percentage of his practice is devoted to the defense of workers' compensation cases. The Virginia Workers' Compensation Commission Web site database lists nearly 350 workers' compensation appellate decisions for Mr. Murthy. He is considered a "go to" source for human resource professionals.

Mr. Murthy lectures extensively on employment and workers' compensation issues in Virginia and Tennessee and has presented numerous in-house client seminars across the East Coast. Mr. Murthy has been an invited speaker at the 2003, 2004 and 2005 annual seminars presented by the Virginia Workers' Compensation Commission.
