Mark E. Frye is an Officer in PennStuart's Bristol, Tennessee office. His practice is concentrated in the areas of professional malpractice, employment law, products liability and appellate advocacy. Mr. Frye has written numerous appellate briefs to federal and state courts and has successfully argued three medical malpractice cases to the Virginia Supreme Court: Willis v. Mullett, 263 Va. 653 (2002), Singh v. Mooney, 261 Va. 48 (2001), and Bolling v. D'Amato, 259 Va. 299 (2000). Mr. Frye also represents the Commonwealth Transportation Commissioner of Virginia in highway condemnation matters and defends Virginia state and county employees in federal civil rights actions.
Before joining PennStuart, Mr. Frye represented the United States in over one hundred and fifty criminal appeals before the Court of Military Appeals and the Army Court of Military Review.
