Mark Esposito is an Officer in PennStuart's Bristol, Tennessee office. Mr. Esposito represents clients in state and federal trial and appellate courts throughout Southwest Virginia and Upper East Tennessee in commercial litigation and bankruptcy matters. His areas of practice include commercial transactions and disputes, equipment leasing, real estate development and finance, construction law, acquisitions, loan transactions, creditors' rights, franchise matters, asset protection, business entity formation, as well as general business matters.
Mr. Esposito is a member of the American, Virginia and Tennessee Bar Associations and is active in the Bankruptcy Law and Business Law sections of the VBA. He also serves on the First District Hearing Committee of the Tennessee Board of Professional Responsibility, which adjudicates ethics complaints against attorneys, and the Board of Zoning Appeals for the City of Bristol, Virginia. Mr. Esposito is a member of the Firm's Management Committee and is active in numerous civic and cultural groups.
