Lisa Frisina Clement is an Officer in PennStuart's Richmond, Virginia office where her practice encompasses the representation of employers and insurers before the Virginia Workers' Compensation Commission. She handles evidentiary hearings throughout the Commonwealth, as well as appeals to the Full Commission, the Court of Appeals and the Supreme Court of Virginia. She has also represented employers and insurers in both State and Federal courts in matters involving civil litigation, including first and third party claims. Ms. Clement is also the Chairman of the firm's Recruiting Committee.
Ms. Clement frequently speaks on various workers' compensation topics, and has been invited to speak at the Virginia Workers' Compensation Annual Seminar. She regularly presents in-house educational seminars to both insurers and employers, and she is the author of an article on Medicare and Workers' Compensation that appears in the Summer 2004 Journal of Civil Litigation.
