John R. Sigmond

John Sigmond is an Associate in PennStuart's Bristol, Tennessee office. He is engaged in the practice of civil litigation with a focus on the representation of employers and insurance carriers in workers' compensation issues. Mr. Sigmond received his J.D. from Columbus School of Law at The Catholic University of America in Washington, D.C. He served as law clerk to U.S. District Judge Glen M. Williams, Western District of Virginia, 2004-2005, and previously served as legal intern for the Honorable Elizabeth A. McClanahan in the Court of Appeals of Virginia.
