John S. Honeycutt

John S. Honeycutt is an Associate in PennStuart's Abingdon, Virginia office. John's practice is devoted to the representation of management and carriers in the defense of human resource matters in Virginia and Tennessee.  A broad portion of his practice is focused on defending workers' compensation claims brought in both states.  He has appeared before the Virginia Workers' Compensation Commission and the Tennessee Department of Labor.  He has also defended motions in Tennessee state court.  His unique practice makes him a reliable counselor to, and advocate for, human resource personnel.
