Bruce Gibson is Of Counsel in PennStuart's Bristol, Tennessee office. His practice is focused on business transactions in the energy field, including the purchase and sale of mineral rights, assets, subsidiaries, and entire companies.
Before joining PennStuart, Mr. Gibson served as General Counsel of AMVEST Corporation. Following law school, he was a judicial clerk for the Honorable Glen M. WIlliams, Federal District Judge for the Western District of Virginia.
